It is my greatest pleasure to have you visit our website and to tell you more about me.
My name is Mireille, and I am a Registered Manual Osteopath (RMO), turned wellness entrepreneur!
My own journey in wellness began with a deep passion for holistic healing and natural care. I started this path during Covid, when I realized the importance of our health. I studied Acupressure, Infant Massage, Doula and Postpartum Care, then delved deeper into the world of natural remedies and manual care.
In June 2024, I obtained my Bachelor of Science in Osteopathy and became registered with the Canadian Registered Manual Osteopaths (CRMO) board. Over time, I expanded my knowledge in nutrition, supplements, natural relief methods for chronic pain, meditation, wellness and self-care overall, since it became part of my duty towards my patients to offer them non-medical advice to complement their treatment plan.
The more I learned, the more I understood that healing is not one-dimensional, and wellness is not a one-size-fits-all path.
So I decided to start on this venture that I called NEW YOU, as I hope each and every one of you can find a better, renewed version of themselves, like I did!
Today, my wellness store is headquartered in Ottawa, Canada, but I conveniently operate it from anywhere around the world, and I’m working towards serving customers worldwide. I created this store to bring together products that support everyday well-being through natural care, mindful living, and informed wellness choices. Each item is carefully selected to complement a balanced lifestyle — whether for personal care, beauty, or health support.
I believe that personal wellness is directly connected to community wellness. When individuals feel better, they live better — and when communities live well, they thrive.
My mission is to provide access to tools and products that inspire a healthier lifestyle, empower informed choices, and help people care for their body and mind with intention.
My goal is to turn this store into more than a marketplace — it will be part of a larger movement toward healthier living, compassionate care, and empowered wellness, with our upcoming care plans, group workshops and personalized services.
Through education, holistic practices, and supportive products, I hope to continue improving the health of my community — one person at a time.
